Nordlek 2018 offers Continuing Education in collaboration with the Adult Education Association Kulturens. Kulturens’ activities are supported by government grants. Information about participants in the activities are collected, made anonymous and is used as a basis for follow-up, allocation of grants and research.

Participants
To NORDLEK 2018 register as ‘‘participant’’ or in some other capacity
- nordlek association leader: Nordlek Association appointed leaders
- guest and free passes according to ‘‘Kan och Skall’’ (festival rules): Festival organization special guests
- NORDLEK entertainer: Entertainers or speakers with whom festival organization has made a special agreement
- volunteer: Leaders who have been assigned specific tasks by the festival organization
- 2018-Leaders: Appointed leaders within the festival organization

Participants not members of a national organization will pay an extra fee of SEK 200.

Accommodation
Accommodation on hard surface in classrooms is booked and paid for at the same time as booking festival passes, etc.
Rates per weekly accommodation are lower than for single nights

Meals
Participants are offered to buy meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) directly from the organizer, either meal packages for the whole week or occasional meals. The meal packages are ordered and paid for when registering for the festival. Participants staying at hotels, hostels or have private acommodation can choose meal packages that includes lunch and dinner only.
Purchases of meal packages are a better deal compared to occasional meal orders.

Individual meals
Cost for individual meals, breakfast, lunch or dinner, is SEK 85.
All purchased meals are served in the Cafeteria (The cafeteria at Lugnet’s Highschool) located in the middle of the festival grounds.
Those staying in a school however, breakfast is served at their school.

It is not possible to purchase meals by the organizer on site in Falun. Participants who have not purchased meals when registering are referred to restaurants in the city centre of Falun. A list of restaurants can be found on www.nordlek2018.se (later).
Activities with Fees or Registration Requirements

Tickets for activities that are not sold out can be purchased at InfoCentral in the festival area.
Excursions

PR Performances in City Centre and Dance Competitions
Participants are invited to perform with a dance group in PR shows in the city.
Registration is done when registering for the festival. Each dance group must have a name and a dance leader stated.
Dance competition is arranged for dance with a group and dance in pairs. Registration to the competition with a group is done when registering to the festival. Each dance group must have a name and a dance leader stated.
Registration to the competition in pairs is done on site at InfoCentral in the festival area.
Activity Historic Ball
This activity takes place on Wednesday, July 11 with a maximum number of 120 dancers. In case of greater interest another Ball may be added on Thursday, July 12. Information will be published on the Homepage.
Terms
Payment of festival passes and purchased items is made at time of registration, i.e. meals, concerts, excursions.
Payment
If you are paying from abroad, you can use Transferwise or SWIFT (BIC/IBAN).
Payment is due within two weeks of registration. Payment details are specified on your emailed confirmation.
If payment is not made within two weeks, your registration will be cancelled and you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 250.
Registration cancellations and purchases will be reimbursed except for costs to NORDLEK 2018 and Nordic Summer Camp and an administrative fee of SEK 250.
There will be no reimbursements of registration cancellations and purchases after May 31 except with a doctor’s certificate. Costs to NORDLEK 2018 and Nordic Summer Camp and an adminstrative fee of SEK 250 will be deducted.
